If you are a student you will always deal with various types of quizes and questionnaires. For mi the most convenient way for creating forms is by using google-forms where you can choose type of questions and design of the blank. Also you can add photos and video if you need.
I often use them for scientific researches.

Socrative is the best programm to check students knowlendge. Everything can be understood intuitively. The design is clear and friendly.
